How to make a tasty Strawberry Gin Tonic without alcohol? Pour 130ml of Pvrezero Strawberry into a glass with ice cubes and add 70 ml of tonic. Top it off with “fruit and spice” for example strawberry and mint. One glass of Pvrezero Strawberry contains only 29 kcal.

Where does Gin come from?

Gin originated in the Netherlands. It is, in fact, a further developed version of the 17th-century gin that was drunk in Holland. In the 17th century, the Dutch physician Franciscus de le Boë Sylvius searched for a cheap medicine for gout and found it in alcohol containing juniper berries. The drink was called genever, after genièvre, the French name of the juniper berry. In the 18th century, the English discovered gin after earlier had fought in the Netherlands. The Dutch drank gin to give themselves courage, and the English liked it too. It would eventually take 150 years before the English had their own version of gin: gin. Gin has been the national drink of the English ever since. Consequently, the most famous gins come from the United Kingdom, but this evolved gin drink thus originated in the Netherlands.
