Ingredients

  • 50 ml of Sprite or 7-Up
  • Shaved ice

  1. Take a large pitcher of water and put the strawberries without stems in it. Use a wooden spoon to mash the strawberries. This releases the juices of the strawberries, giving the drink extra flavor!
  2. Then add the juice of the lime. You do this to taste. Do you like a fresh, sour taste? Then put in extra much lime juice.
  3. Then pour in the Sprite or 7-Up and stir well with the wooden spoon.
  4. Put a layer of shaved ice in a glass and pour the Virgin Strawberry Mojito over it and serve with an additional lime wedge if desired.

Tip: Of course, you can also make this Strawberry Mojito with mint. In that case, in step 1, add a few mint leaves to the strawberries and mash together to make a puree. You can also use a few mint leaves to garnish the glass.

Non-alcoholic liqueur
