Shipping within the Netherlands
- For orders up to € 59.00, shipping costs are € 6.50
- For orders over € 59.00 shipping is free
Shipping to Belgium
- When ordering 1 to 12 bottles, shipping costs are € 12.50
- When ordering 13 to 24 bottles, shipping costs are € 25.00
- When ordering 25 to 99 bottles, shipping costs are € 37.52

At alcoholfreedrinks.co.uk it is possible to pay iDeal, credit card, PayPal and Bancontact. In the payment process, you can choose the desired method and then which bank you want to pay with.
We aim to deliver your order to you within 3 days on business days. They often succeed, but not always. Orders are offered by Bottle Package on business days only. Delays may occur around Christmas and New Year as well as during periods of snow and sleet. We ask for your understanding in this regard.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, our carrier will deliver the package to your neighbors or offer the package at a later time.
No, unfortunately that is not possible. We do not have a physical store where you can pick up the products or stop by to see and taste products. You can meet us live during various markets or fairs though, check the calendar to see where you can find us.

Returns
Yes, returns are possible within 14 if:

the products are undamaged

the label is intact and undamaged,

and it is still in its original packaging
Want to return one or more products from your order? Then send your request for revocation to [email protected] The products should be returned to Alcoholfreedrinks.nl – Molenvlietweg 26 1432GW Aalsmeer immediately after reporting the withdrawal to us.
Damage
Transportation damage is fortunately rare. We know Bottle Package as a carrier, which handles orders with great care. In addition, our orders are professionally packed in specially designed and approved shipping boxes. Still, things can sometimes go wrong. We would love to hear about it this way:
- Take pictures of the box, label and bottles, which are broken and
- email the photos to [email protected]. We will then resend new bottles.
Products
All products in the range of Alcoholfreedrinks.nl contain less than 0.5% alcohol and are therefore “alcohol-free” for Dutch and European legislation. We indicate the exact percentage for each product in the product information.
