Le Petit Béret alcohol-free Virgin Sauvignon is a white wine without alcohol that is also organic and halal. This non-alcoholic white wine was developed by Dominique LaPorte, France’s top sommelier. Laporte has assembled an extensive range of 0.0 beverages from a variety of non-alcoholic wines, non-alcoholic spirits and non-alcoholic beers.

This Virgin Sauvignon without alcohol has a pale yellow color with straw tones. The nose reveals notes of grapefruit, blood orange and lemon. The taste on the palate clearly has a fresh citrus aroma with the profile of the Sauvignon grape.

The non-alcoholic Virgin Sauvignon has a supple structure with nice persistence. This alcohol-free white wine pairs perfectly with cod en papillotte on the barbeque, carpaccio of scallops, crab and Ceasar salad.
