The Leitz sparkling Riesling is a delicious non-alcoholic white wine with bubbles made from the Riesling grape. You taste notes of citrus, lime, rhubarb and red apples. These delicious fruit flavors complete the non-alcoholic white bubble wine.
This festive bubble wine is an excellent non-alcoholic aperitif for drinks and with dinner. Leitz Eins-Zwei-Zero, alcohol-free sparkling Riesling is also available without bubbles. A glass of Leitz sparkling Riesling contains only 30 kcal per glass. Best drunk from an elegant Champagne glass, this non-alcoholic alternative to Champagne tastes best chilled between 2 and 6 degrees.

The history of the Leitz family of RĆ¼desheim dates back to 1744. Johannes Leitz is a pioneer in wines. How was this wine made alcohol-free?
After the fermentation process, the white wine is heated slightly to about 30 degrees, causing the alcohol to evaporate under pressure. This is how this wine is made alcohol-free. By heating it at a low temperature, the wine retains its grape flavor.
